Twin Toast

A typical breakfast food is definitely a pair of toast. Give a little twist to your morning toast to make it more exiting for every breakfast. Let's just admit the regular toast with butte or jam is so last century. Light up your breakfast meal with something healthy to give a pump to your day. And you know what they say, it is the most important meal of the day!
"Beetocado"
Ingredients:
toasted bread
1/4 avocado
shredded beet
thyme
nutritional yeast
ground cashew
lemon juice
salt and pepper
Steps:
Peel and mash the avocado with a fork then add thyme, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast (for cheesy flavor). Put the the mixture on top of the toast. Top of with shreded beet and ground cashew.
"Yonana"
Ingredients:
toasted bread
greek yogurt
1/2 banana
almonds
chia seeds
Steps:
Put the yogurt on top of the toast (if it is unsweetened, add maple syrup or honey). Slice some banana and place it on top of the yogurt, then sprikle the almonds and chia seeds.
